Prior to Oracle, Padma headed the Quality Assurance team for Mobile applications at People Soft. Prior to People Soft, she was part of the Global Technical Support team for Vantive Corporation responsible for escalations and people management. She has a master's degree in Information Systems from Texas A&M International University. Rajagopal Thiruvengadam, Managing Director brings over 20 rich years of experience in sale, marketing and operations management to the company. He is responsible for overall India operations, partnership management and employee relations. He brings valuable local business acumen and cultural insights to Tharam Call Centers. He also heads a textiles manufacturing unit. His ability to adapt to changes and successfully innovate even in this traditional sector has enabled him to grow into a successful 300+ people company today.
